Elite Polymers operates an extrusion facility in Hamilton, providing contract manufacturing of custom extruded profiles as well as tubing.
We manufacture for a variety of industries including animal health, dairy, beverage, construction and wholesale distribution.
Tube
We specialise in extrusion of single layer small to mid-range tube (2mm to 28mm ID). We work with PVC, LDPE, EVA & Santoprene.
Compared to other plastics manufacturing processes, extrusion has low setup costs. We hold a large number of dies & pins suitable for the production of a range of sizes.
Unlike other plastic manufacturing processes there is often no tooling cost involved, even if your required size is customised to your requirement.

Profiles
We are capable of producing a wide range of extruded profiles in many shapes and sizes using a range of materials. We specialise in the manufacture of PVC profiles, but can extrude in other materials.
We manufacture profiles as small as 20 x 3 mm have been made them as large as approx. 220 mm wide. Profiles are often custom designed specific to the customer requirements.
